Écrire un nombre fractionnaire sous forme de fraction et une fraction impropre sous la forme d'un nombre fractionnaire.

Qu'est-ce qu'une fraction impropre ?

Une fraction impropre est une fraction supérieure à 1. Dans une telle fraction, le numérateur est supérieur ou égal au dénominateur.

Quelques exemples de fractions impropres :

Qu'est-ce qu'un nombre fractionnaire ?

Dans certains pays, on préfère écrire des nombres fractionnaires plutôt que des fractions supérieures à 1. Un nombre fractionnaire, c'est un nombre constitué d'un nombre entier et d'une fraction inférieure à 1.
